Shipping

We ship within three  business days of receiving your order.

If the SHIP TO address is outside the United States, please contact us

to determine if we can ship to you and what the shipping costs will be.

Our UPS shipments comply with UPS rules.  For example, if UPS tries unsuccessfully to deliver three times, your package will be returned (effective 4 27 2009)

We primarily use UPS. Thus, we must have a street address and cannot ship to post office boxes.  We will ship using ground shipment unless you indicate you want a package faster.   On occassion we use the United States Postal System (USPS).  We ship by first class mail when we use USPS.

If you are ordering large quantities, we recommend you call us first to insure availability.

If you need to return your products, simply package them and take them to a UPS store and return them to ALIVE GLBOAL, 4200 Evergreen Lane Ste 315, Annandale, VA 22003.   You will pay the postage on returned items. Include your invoice and indicate if you want a replacement or a credit to your account. Please include a phone number where we can reach you.

We suggest you also email accounts@aliveglobal.com to indicate you are returning products.  Do not include your credit card number in the email.
