Refunds & Cancellations

Please send requests for refunds or cancellation of donations to ALIVE GLOBAL, P.O.Box 7506, Falls Church, VA 22040-7506  or to accounts@aliveglobal.com.   You can also call ALIVE GLOBAL at 703-642-0124.

Include your name, address, telephone number and email.   If you used a credit card, include that information including card number, name on card and expiration date.   If sending an email, do not include the card number.  We will call you.   Please include an explanation for why you are requesting a refund or cancelliing a donation.
