We do not sell, rent  or share information with any organization  (profit or non-proft ). We do provide information as required on major contributors to the Internal Revenue Service.

We collect the e-mail address of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, user specific information on what pages consumers access or visit and information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations.

The information we collect is used for internal review, used to improve the content of our Web page, used to customize the content and/or layout of our page for individual consumer and used by us to contact consumers for marketing purposes.

If you order an item or make a donation, we will add you to our data base and send you  E Updates.

If you request prayer or send in Ask A Question, we will send you our E Updates.

If you do not want to receive e-mail from us in the future, please let us know by sending an e-mail, calling or writing, and telling us that you do not want to receive E Updates  from ALIVE GLOBAL.

Through our site provider, there is an SSL certificate by VeriSign.  As such, this site can secure your private information.  Information exchanged with any address beginning with https is encrypted using SSL before transmission. The host has a 24/7 monitored physically secure data center.  Facility access is limited to experienced personnel.  Multple firewalls to prevent unwarranted intrusion by hackers and viruses is provided by our host.  The host complies with guidelines set forth by the Visa and MasterCard CISP and SDP programs.

We secure our computers through network security. Passwords are required for all computer use. Only authorized persons may use the computers. We shred documents with financial numbers.  We do not release contact information outside ALIVE GLOBAL.  We release information only if an individual has a need to know to accomplish ALIVE GLOBAL work.
