Refunds & Cancellations

If you need to cancel a donation or request a refund, please write to ALIVE GLOBAL, P.O. Box 7506, Falls Church, Va 22040-7506.  Include your name,address, telephone number,  date of donation, amount and how you gave (check, credit card, etc).  Please indicate the reason for your request. You may also email accounts@aliveglobal.com but you should not put the credit card number.   We will call you when you we receive your request.  You may also call 703 642 -0124.   Generally, Fridays are the best day to call regarding refunds and cancellations.
