God loves you and sent his son Jesus Christ to earth.   Jesus died on the cross, was buried and was resurrected -- all to defeat evil and give each person who lives a way to God.    All you have to do is confess that Jesus is the Lord of your life.  Ask him to come into your heart and life.  You will then be made right with God.  Some call this being "born again" or "saved" or "coming to faith".   Regardless of the term, Jesus Christ will come to live in your heart.   You then begin a new way of living.   You will learn how to live like Jesus Christ wants you to live.  You will be a new person.  Expect changes.   You will want to get a Bible, God's written word.   Read it.  You will want to find other people who also have asked Jesus Christ into their lives.   Pray (talk to God) and ask him to show you how to get a Bible and help you find other people who know Jesus Christ.  You may live in a country where people who know Jesus Christ are hurt and persecuted for their belief in him.   Know that Jesus will help you.  Know that ALIVE GLOBAL prayer partners are praying for you.  Here is a prayer you can pray:

Heavenly Father, I come to You in the Name of Jesus.  Your Word, the Bible, says 'Whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved". ( Acts 2:21).  I am calling on You.  I pray and ask Jesus to come into my heart and be Lord over my life according to what it says in Romans 10:9-10:  "If thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God that raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.  For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."  I do that now.  I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead.

Thank you Father for making me a new person in Jesus Christ. I now choose to live for you and allow Jesus Christ to make me into the person you, Father God, want me to be.
